t-shirt, shorts and sports shoes are a much more reliable option! - Don’t neglect a thorough warm up before practice or a match. Run through a few
general pre match exercises to stretch those muscles. Practice light shadow tennis in order to
warm up the body and get yourself into rhythm. - Don’t keep yourself dehydrated because it is a tiring sport and you will need to
conserve your stamina. Always keep a water bottle along with you to keep you hydrated
throughout your practice or match. - Don’t play your shots with your wrist or elbows as you will not be able to get the right
amount of momentum behind your shots additionally it could also potentially cause injuries. You
should instead play your shots using your shoulders.
Dos:
