Tennis Coaching at Racquet Science Academy

Racquet Science Academy has developed a well-thought-out approach at every stage in the process of Tennis coaching. We provide world-class coaching for Tennis at our center in Dubai International Academy in Al Barsha. Our coaching methods are designed to offer individual attention to each player, whether child or adult. Our team of coaches is dedicated to guiding every player develop in all aspects of their game – technique as well as temperament. Our coaches also work on players fitness level and ensure children build stamina to withstand match pressures.

Our players are trained on speed, agility, and footwork. The focus of our Tennis training is to encourage technical, tactical and mental toughness in young players.We also conduct matches to offer a competitive atmosphere. The Academy also organizes training camps for players regardless of their level – from beginners to pros. With a wide range of programs offered, everyone will find the training volume and the level of intensity in line with their own objectives.

Racquet Science Academy delivers its first-class training at conveniently located centers across Dubai. At our Tennis centers,we run individual sessions, group sessions, workshops and camps. Acting on the vision to make international coaching techniques available to young players, our coaches offer first class training to both children and adults. The academy is driven by coaches who are handpicked for their training skills as well as their motivational techniques.Our programs are structured keeping in mind the players skill level and advancement to higher levels.

Our coaches are former professional Tennis players and come with a wealth of knowledge and experience required to groom the players of tomorrow. We provide a wide range of programs for beginners, intermediates and advanced players, that everyone will find the level that matches their pace as well as the goal. From mastering the basics to strengthening a player’s match skills, our well-experienced coaches will ace your game to the next level.

Mini tennis

The Mini Tennis program is based on ITF Tennis 10’s Stage 3 (Red Ball). This program is designed for Age group of 5-8 years and uses special designed Red Balls which are larger in size and 75% slower that than the standard yellow balls allowing our young players to start learning the game and developing their co-ordination skills. The court size is also smaller and the game is played with smaller racquets (17” to 23”).

Junior Tennis - Intermediate

This Program is developed for the age group 8-11 years. As player advance, they move on to full size court and ITF Stage 1 Green Ball which are only 25% slower than the standard yellow balls and the players move towards perfecting their strokes and techniques and preparing themselves for the competition and preparing to play with the yellow ball.

Junior Tennis - Beginner

This Program is developed for the age group 8-11 years. The Beginner level students train with the ITF Stage 2 Orange ball which is 50% slower than the standard yellow ball & allows players to start learning the techniques and implement advance strokes. The court size is still smaller.

Advanced Coaching

This is a High Intensity Program with a balanced distribution of all aspects of the game such as Technique, Match Play & Strategy and Fitness and is meant juniors and Adults playing competitive tennis and are looking to advance their game further.
